Active Rest is a local-first rest-session app. We do not sell personal data, do not use third-party advertising SDKs in v1, and do not track you across apps or websites.

Data on device

• Rest session history (intent, duration, completion/abort, optional review answers)
• Pro unlock state
• Preferred lock mode (Soft Commitment by default)
• Local analytics event log used for product validation (stays on device)

v1 has no backend. This data is not uploaded to our servers.

Purchases

Lifetime unlock uses Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit. Apple processes payment. We only learn that the non-consumable product activerest.lifetime is owned via StoreKit entitlements on your device.

Screen Time / Hard Shield

Optional and off in v1 Soft Commitment builds. If enabled later after Apple grants Family Controls distribution capability, Apple’s Screen Time frameworks manage shields you authorize.

Children

Not directed at children under 13.
