What does Soft Commitment do?

It keeps you in a rest session UI. To end early, type REST. It does not replace Apple Screen Time system controls in v1.

What is Accountability PIN?

It is an optional, stronger early-exit choice under More options. You (or a trusted person) set a 4-digit Accountability PIN, and ending early requires that PIN. Soft Commitment stays the default. Phone remains available via Open Phone, and the rest completes normally when time is up.

What if I forget the PIN during a rest?

Wait until the rest completes (no PIN needed), or use Open Phone. Reset the PIN only when no rest is active, using your device passcode/biometrics or the current PIN.

Why can’t I start another session?

Free includes 1 intentional rest per day plus 7 starter Rest Credits. Unlock Lifetime Pro for unlimited rests.

Restore a purchase

Open Pro → Restore purchases with the same Apple ID.

Emergency calls

Active Rest does not block Phone or Messages — and it does not promise you’ll catch every call while the phone is face down. Soft: type REST to end early. With Accountability PIN: tap Open Phone; the rest continues unless the PIN ends it.
